FECAVA is sponsoring access to the BSAVA Small Animal Formulary to 100 FECAVA members

The BSAVA Small Animal Formulary is the indispensable guide to drugs used in veterinary practice for dogs and cats, and is one of the BSAVA's most valued and practical resources for veterinary surgeons. 100 fortunate applicants will receive access for 12 months to more than 440 drugs used for dogs and cats, together with 70 client information leaflets covering drugs that are not authorised for veterinary use. Access includes any updates (including the 10th edition updates due in March 2020). 

  • Access will be provided to 100 individuals on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • FECAVA will check that the applicant is a member of a FECAVA member association.
  • The name and email address of the successful applicants will be passed to BSAVA for the purposes of fulfilling access to the Formulary. They will also need to register with the BSAVA website if they have not already done so.
  • Access will be for 12 months from the date access is set up.
  • Access is provided to the Formulary and its associated client information leaflets, but not to other BSAVA member benefits.
  • Access to the Formulary is via the BSAVA’s online library and does not include the print edition or access to the app.

The rules are as followed: 

- registration is starting on 22nd July (applications sent earlier will be discarded)

- all applicants will have to be FECAVA members (membership will be checked with the help of the FECAVA directors of each national association)

- all applicants have to send a formless e-mail to info@fecava.org stating that they are applying for the FREE annual BSAVA Formulary pass and the e-mail will have to include their name, their e-mail details and the membership within their national organisation. Applicant will have to confirm that they are fully paid up national members of a FECAVA membership organisation. They also have to state that they are happy that their personal details will be forwarded to BSAVA (in order to receive the necessary passcode.
